CONSTANT COMMUNICATION
Whether we are beginning a design and build or a tenant fit-up, we need everyone on the same page from the start—and all the way through the process. Whether working through our preconstruction services or starting after signing the bid contract, we agree on what is needed and when. We submit weekly reports for every project in our queue that include previews of the work to come that include regulatory requirements, any change orders, schedule updates, and photography. We provide real-time review via camera whenever asked. From daily stand-ups to ongoing reviews, we anticipate problems, resolve issues, and reduce punchlists.

MOBILIZE AND MOVE IN
We define and protect our work area with temporary barricades or fencing, move in forklifts and dumpsters, and hold a pre-construction meeting. We set the tone and start strong: our signature spotless job site shows we put safety first, proves our quality, and demonstrates care and respect. We offer sustainable LEED solutions that show we thing long-term.
